The process of preparing and lodging your tax return can be extremely time consuming and stress-inducing.
Having an experienced and dedicated tax agent to walk you through the process will take a load off your shoulders, which is why we are here for you.
Just follow the below steps to get your tax refund done with us.
1. Book an appointment with us
Contact us by calling 02 7208 5065 or fill in the contact form on our website. You will have the option of meeting with us at our office or completing your tax return online in a matter of minutes.
2. Meet with one of our tax consultants
Have a look at the checklists on our website to make sure you have all the documents and information you need for the consultation. This will help to make the process a lot smoother and quicker.
3. All done!
That’s all you need to do! The rest of the work is ours to do, and your tax return will be done and lodged in no time.
Our consultant will calculate an estimate of your tax refund and you will be able to check the tax return before lodgement. Completely hassle-free!
Payment
Once everything has been settled and you are satisfied with the service, you can either pay the preparation fees or deduct the payment directly from your tax refund.
If that wasn’t convenient enough, our fees are also tax deductible!
Compliance check
Your tax return will be double checked by a registered tax agent to ensure that it complies with tax legislation and every detail is accurate.
Middleman between you and the ATO
If there are no issues with your tax return, the ATO will send you a Notice of Assessment within 2-3 weeks. The refund will then be paid to you through direct deposit.
If any audit occurs, we will continue to be of service and respond to any of the ATO’s enquiries. We will be available to be contacted at every step of this process and will keep you updated on the status of your lodgement.
