Chantelle has an academic background in Psychology and Human Resource Management. Over the the years, she has worked across various industries with extensive experience in hospitality and community services. Raised by parents who owned small businesses, Chantelle possesses firsthand insight into the challenges and priorities of business owners.

Her experiences and learnings across the years has fostered her commitment to creating a positive work environment where team members can thrive. This perspective drives her professional approach, aiming not only to optimize business operations but also to foster a workplace culture that promotes engagement and growth, fueling overall organisational success. 

Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Science (Psyc) from the Australian National University (ANU), Honours in Psychology from the University of Canberra, and a Graduate Diploma of Positive Behaviour Support from University of Queensland (UQ). She invests a lot of time in personal development and is a ceritifed NLP Practitioner. She currently holds a Professional membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute (MAHRI).

She enjoys learning, reading, and travelling in her free time.
