Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Melanie holds an LLB (Hons) from London and a Diploma from the Malaysian Insurance Institute (DMII). With a specialty in relationship management and communication, Melanie brings a wealth of experience from the insurance sector. Her expertise includes nurturing client relationships, effectively managing claims, and supporting cross-functional teams. 

Melanie has also developed tailored client solutions, conducted training on product knowledge, and ensured the timely renewal of policies. Her ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders fosters a cooperative environment that drives business growth while maintaining operational excellence.

Melanie has an impressive background as a Certified National Judge for the Malaysian Gymnastics Federation and a former Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) licensed judge.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys reading, exploring cafes and admiring beautiful cakes, indulging in tea appreciation, and shopping.

Melanie speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently, has working knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin, and is learning Japanese at a beginner level.
